These Rider Terms of Service govern your use of DoDelivery Partner Portal to register and manage a rider account. The Portal is provided by DoDelivery LTD ("DoDelivery", "we", "us"). Contact legal@do.delivery about these terms or support@do.delivery for help.
1. What you are agreeing to
By expressly accepting these terms, you agree to use the Portal responsibly for your rider application, account administration and the features made available to you. Creating a Portal account does not itself approve you to deliver, guarantee work or earnings, or establish a particular employment or self-employment status. Any separately agreed rider engagement, payment arrangements and applicable mandatory law govern those matters; these Portal terms do not replace them or introduce new fees, deductions or financial penalties.
If you later receive merchant access, you will be asked to agree to the merchant documents before continuing. If you have both rider and merchant access, both sets apply to their respective features. Earlier acceptances remain recorded even if your access changes.
2. Your account and information
Use your own authorised account and keep your contact, profile, payment and vehicle details accurate. Keep passwords and linked sign-in methods secure. Do not share credentials, impersonate another rider, submit another person's evidence as your own or bypass access controls. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or cannot correct an important detail.
Depending on the features you use, we may ask for personal and address information, bank details, right-to-work or identity evidence, and vehicle, driving, insurance, tax or roadworthiness documents. Supply accurate, relevant evidence and keep it up to date. Review the Rider Privacy Policy before uploading documents. Do not include unrelated sensitive information about yourself or others.
3. Verification and vehicle responsibilities
Documents and changes may need review by authorised staff. Submission does not mean approval; changing verified details may require verification again and can affect the availability of related features or payments. Contact support if you believe a review or account restriction is incorrect.
When carrying out deliveries, you remain responsible for following applicable road-safety rules and the requirements of your rider agreement, and for ensuring that any vehicle, licence and insurance you use meet the requirements applicable to that work. A Portal verification status does not replace a licence, insurance cover, legal permission or your own responsibility to keep information current. Do not undertake work you are not authorised or properly equipped to perform.
4. Permitted use and customer information
Your assigned roles, permissions and record scope control what you can view and change. Rider access does not authorise you to view another rider's private records or to manage a merchant's POS, menus or receipts. Do not attempt to obtain access by changing identifiers or using another person's account.
If an authorised delivery or support task gives you customer, merchant or other personal information, use it only for that task. Do not retain it unnecessarily, disclose it to unrelated people, contact customers for unrelated purposes or use it for personal marketing. Follow applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements and report mistaken disclosures to support promptly.
5. Data, changes and records
You retain your rights in information and documents you provide. You allow DoDelivery to receive, store, display, check and update them as needed to provide the requested Portal features, carry out your authorised instructions, support verification, secure the service and meet applicable obligations. The Rider Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing and your rights.
Saving changes may trigger review or update related DoDelivery account records. Some records can be amended or removed through available controls; other changes require support. Replacing a document, closing access or deleting a visible record does not necessarily erase earlier verification, payment, support or security records or backups. Ask us about correction, access or erasure requests using the privacy contact.
6. Availability, restrictions and ending access
Maintenance, outages and third-party services can affect access or delay changes. Check submitted information and contact support about errors. Portal displays are not a substitute for your applicable rider agreement or records of payments and work.
We may restrict Portal access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, suspected compromise, incomplete required verification or legal requirements. Contact support to ask about a restriction or stopping use of the Portal. Ending Portal access does not by itself cancel a separate rider agreement, settle payments or erase records that must lawfully be retained.
7. Updates and questions
We publish dated versions of these documents and can require you to review current versions before continuing. We record the documents, versions and time of your express acceptance. A privacy acknowledgement is not blanket consent to unrelated processing or marketing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Send questions or disputes to legal@do.delivery. Any applicable dispute provisions in your separate agreement and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
